The main thing that we love about Zoom is that they always provide us with such excellent personal service. They are always happy to help with queries, great at returning calls and emails, and always do their best to accommodate us with last minute jobs (which they frequently are) and also have a good knowledge of jobs we have done in the past. They have great technical backup, we know that once we send a job to Zoom it won’t come back with little niggles like some printers often do. We don’t get charged extra for the occasional correction we have to make at proofing stage.
The online ordering system is great for business cards and stationery and for checking stock items. The prices are always competitive and the quality of print is consistently of a very high quality, colours match, jobs are always perfectly trimmed and folded, and are always delivered on time.
I can’t really fault Zoom, I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

There are a few reasons why I use Zoom regularly. The service is personal and attention to detail is strong and turnaround times are also very good. I don’t know how they do it, but turnaround times are always dependable so you know exactly what service you are going to get. Lastly, Zoom are very competitive on price and allied to that, they offer a wide range of services.
